Do you work directly with builders and general contractors?

Yes. the majority of our work is with builders and GCs. We understand project timelines, sequencing requirements, and how to communicate with a construction team. We provide detailed written estimates, have SOPs that facilitate workflow, and are easy to coordinate with throughout the project.

What tile brands and systems do you work with?

We install all major tile brands and our team is specialized on LATICRETE and Schluter waterproofing and setting systems. These are industry-leading products that meet or exceed code requirements and carry manufacturer warranties.

Are you insured?

Yes, Batista Tile is fully insured. Certificate of insurance available on request for your project file.

How do you handle large-format tile?

Large-format tile requires precise substrate preparation, exacting cuts, back-buttering, and lippage control. We use professional bridge and track wet tile saws with premium diamond blades - the same equipment used on high-end commercial projects - and our team is continuously trained on large-format techniques. The result is a flat, professional installation with no lippage and clean edges every time.

How far in advance should I book?

For new construction projects, we recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks before your tile phase. For smaller renovations, 2-3 weeks is typically sufficient. Cape Cod's seasonality affects our schedule directly — the closer we get to key dates like Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and the holiday season, the more booked we are.
