Our Policies

Shipping:

              In-stock items usually ship within 3 – 6 business days.

              For items out of stock, currently in production, or produced on demand, it may take longer than 6 business days to ship.

              For custom orders, the lead time is 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the chosen product's complexity, size, and materials.

              Batista Tile uses the shipping carriers UPS and FedEx.

              Batista Tile will strive to find the most cost-efficient shipping options on items that are too large or too heavy to ship through UPS or FedEx.

Return & Refund:

                Batista Tile accepts returns within a 15-day period after delivery.

                In order to return a product, you must email our team at   office@batistatiles.com, with a description of the reason why you are returning the product, and, if the return is due to a defective/damaged product, attach pictures of the product and the defect/damage as accurately as possible, to help us identify the issue and start processing your return.

                If you are returning a defective/damaged product and want to have it replaced, Batista Tile will send you a replacement with no extra costs right after the product being returned is received and processed by our team.   

                If you are returning a defective/damaged product and want your money back, right after the returned product is received and processed by our team, we will issue a refund for the total amount paid to the credit card you used on the purchase.

                If you are returning a product that is not defective or damaged, the cost for sending the product back is your responsibility. Once the product being returned is received and processed by our team, we will issue a refund for the amount paid on purchase, minus shipping costs, to the credit card used on the purchase.  

                *We do not accept returns past the 15-day period after delivery.

                **All products must be inspected by the purchaser prior to installation and use.

                **We do not accept returns for products that were installed.
